The Board of the Alive Community Network (ACN) will be calling for its 22^nd AGM via ZOOM (meeting details below):

Agenda:

1. To receive and adopt the Management Committee’s Statement and Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 July 2024 and the Auditors’ Report thereon.
2. Election of Committee Members for the new term 1 February 2025 to 31 January 2027.
3. To re-appoint Fiducia LLP as Auditors of ACN for FY 2025 (i.e. 1 August 2024 to 31 July 2025).
4. Annual Report Overview – ACN Programmes for FY 2024
5. Any Other Business

All registered members of the Alive Community Network are requested to be in attendance. If you have any queries pertaining to the AGM, please submit your enquires to secretary@alive.org.sg by 23 January 2025, Thursday, 12pm.

The audited financial statements will be sent to members at a later date.
