The Board of Alive Community Network (ACN) calls for an Extraordinary General Meeting (“EOGM”) as follows:

to transact the following business:

Agenda:

1.⁠ ⁠To seek approval for the acquisition of a Goods/Passenger Vehicle at a total cost not exceeding SGD 160,000
2.⁠ ⁠To seek approval to dispose existing Van Registration No. GBF3462A.

3.⁠ ⁠Any other business.
