The Board of Alive Community Network (ACN) calls for an Extraordinary General Meeting (“EOGM”) as follows:

to transact the following business:
Agenda:
- To approve budget for the financial year 2026.
- (a) To approve the resignation of external auditor Fiducia LLP.
(b) To appoint new external auditor Hall Chadwick Assurance PAC for financial year ending 2025.
- Election of Assistant Treasurer for the current term till 30 June 2027.
- Any other business.
All registered members of the Alive Community Network are requested to be in attendance. If you have any enquiries pertaining to the ACN EOGM, please submit them to secretary@alive.org.sg by 23 July 2025, Wednesday, 5pm.
