The Board of Alive Community Network calls for the 23rd Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) as follows:

to transact the following business:

 

Agenda:

  1. To receive and adopt the Management Committee’s Statement and Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 July 2025 and the Auditors’ Report thereon.
  2. To re-appoint Hall Chadwick Assurance PAC as Auditors of Alive Community Network for FY 2026 (i.e. 1 August 2025 to 31 July 2026)
  3. Annual Report Overview – ACN Programmes for FY 2025
  4. Any Other Business
